From design to installation, we make the process simple and straightforward.

Our process is designed to be clear and straightforward — taking you from an initial idea to a finished room with expert guidance at every step.

DESIGN & VISUALISE
Use our online Visualiser to explore layouts, exterior colours, and window and door configurations at your own pace. With live pricing and Augmented Reality to view the room in your own garden, you can experiment freely and get in touch whenever you have a question.

SITE REVIEW & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll handle the technical logistics, including a site visit if required (online or in person) to check ground conditions and ensure your space is ready for the build. From there, a 60% deposit moves your garden room into production.

PRODUCTION & GROUNDWORK
While your room is being manufactured — typically a 4-6 week process — we’ll agree a delivery date and arrange your foundation installation if required. If we are handling your foundations, we will install your groundscrews or concrete base at least a week before the main build begins.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Our experienced team will deliver and professionally install your garden room. A further 30% payment is due on delivery and must be received before installation begins.
Most installations are completed within 3–5 days, depending on the size and specification of your room. We work efficiently and respectfully to ensure a smooth installation with minimal disruption to your garden.
If you have opted to install your garden room yourself, the remaining balance must be received in full no later than the day before delivery.

WARRANTY & AFTERCARE
Enjoy your new space with total peace of mind. Every room is backed by our 15-year warranty, and our team is always on hand should you need any support or advice once your project is complete.
