Garden Living Spaces Ltd – Delivery & Installation Policy

1. Introduction
This policy explains delivery and installation procedures for all garden rooms supplied by Garden Living Spaces Ltd.
2. Delivery Arrangements
Delivery dates are estimates; we confirm approx. 4 weeks before installation.
Customers must ensure someone is present to accept delivery.
Failure to meet delivery arrangements may incur reattendance fees.
3. Site Requirements
Base: Must be solid, level, and correctly sized (concrete: 100–150mm depth, fully cured).
There must be clear access to the installation site. As per our insurance terms, we cannot carry any materials or equipment through your house.
Access: Minimum 8ft height, 3ft width (8ft 3” for angled access).
Materials cannot be carried over walls, fences, or through buildings.
Customer must inform us of any access restrictions before delivery.
If these site preparation and access requirements are not met, we reserve the right to withhold installation. In such cases, we will deliver the materials to the delivery address and expect payment of any outstanding balance. If the outstanding balance is not paid, we reserve the right to remove the materials and return them to our site.
4. Installation Responsibilities
Garden Living Spaces Ltd is responsible for the installation if booked.
Customer is responsible for preparing the site and ensuring access, unless otherwise arranged with Garden Living Spaces Ltd.
Additional fees may apply if installation is delayed or cannot proceed due to incorrect site conditions.
5. Delivery Only / Collection
For delivery-only, the building is dropped kerbside; the customer is responsible for moving it onto the property.
For collection, the customer must provide a suitable vehicle and personnel.
