Garden Living Spaces PVCu Warranty

This Warranty covers the PVCu elements of SPACES Garden Rooms sold in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland from 1st September 2025. It is provided by Garden Living Spaces Ltd and applies only to the original purchaser of the garden room. This Warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Garden Living Spaces Ltd warrants that during the Warranty Period, the PVCu elements of your garden room will conform to their description and be free from material defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a defect occurs within the Warranty Period, Garden Living Spaces Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective PVCu elements, or if this is not practical, offer a partial refund according to the following scale:

  • Within 1 year of purchase: 100% reimbursement

  • More than 1 year, up to 2 years: 75% reimbursement

  • More than 2 years, up to 5 years: 50% reimbursement

  • More than 5 years, up to 15 years: 10% reimbursement

Acceptance of the remedy provided by Garden Living Spaces Ltd constitutes full and final settlement of any claims relating to the defect. This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty Claims

To make a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must notify Garden Living Spaces Ltd by emailing info@gardenlivingspaces.co.uk within 30 days of discovering the defect. The Customer must grant full access to the garden room for inspection, and must not attempt to repair the defect without prior written consent. Use of the garden room should cease until the defect has been resolved, unless Garden Living Spaces Ltd agrees otherwise. Only valid and verifiable claims will be accepted.

Warranty Periods for PVCu Elements

The following table sets out the Warranty Periods for different PVCu components of the garden room:

Only garden rooms that have been properly installed and maintained are eligible for this Warranty. Garden Living Spaces Ltd will continue to accept valid Warranty Claims for up to 30 days following the expiry of the Warranty Period for defects discovered during the last 30 days of that period.

Limitations and Exclusions

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the garden room. It becomes void if the garden room or any PVCu elements are re-installed following initial installation.

This Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by fair wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, failure to follow Garden Living Spaces Ltd’s installation, maintenance, or usage instructions, use contrary to applicable technical or safety standards, improper installation, unauthorised repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme environmental conditions or chemicals, damage from mats, adhesives, sealants, or other products that may leach onto PVCu surfaces, or the use of aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or methods.

Garden Living Spaces Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred for removal, installation, delivery, or other ancillary services associated with a Warranty Claim. Any repairs or replacements carried out under this Warranty do not extend the original Warranty Period, except where required by law.

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by English law. Claims may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. Customers residing in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland may bring claims in the courts of their respective country.
