These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Garden Living Spaces competition running from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 ("the Competition"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  

1. The Promoter This Competition is promoted by Garden Living Spaces ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Garden Living Spaces and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

3. No Purchase Necessary No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition. Requesting a quotation from Garden Living Spaces does not constitute an obligation to purchase, and will not affect your chances of winning. 

4. Competition Period The Competition opens on 11 June 2026 and closes at midnight on 19 July 2026. Entries received outside of these dates will not be considered. 

5. How to Enter Create your  garden room visual using our Visualiser tool, each quote request we receive will count as one entry, with a maximum of 5 entries per person. You can add entries by following our Instagram and Facebook pages.

6. The Prize One prize will be awarded to the winning entrant. The prize is as described on the Competition entry page. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize in whole or in part. 

7. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period. The winner will be announced on 21 July 2026. The Promoter will contact the winner using the details provided at the time of entry. The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, and this process will repeat until a winner is confirmed.

8. Data & Privacy Contact details provided on entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and notifying the winner. Details will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information. 

9. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw the Competition or the prize details at any time, without prior notice. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party social media platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
